Returns for Refund

All orders are ineligible for refunds. If you are unhappy with your order, it is eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Returns for Exchange

We are happy to accept exchanges on orders that meet the following requirements.

  • It is within 10 days of your shipment being delivered.
  • Shoes must be in the same brand new, unworn condition that you received them in.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, with all original accessories included.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping (cost, label, drop off, etc.)
  • We will be responsible for shipping the exchange back to you (This only applies to domestic orders. International exchanges will be subject to all shipping charges).

In order to initiate an exchange, please email us at Please include your order number in the subject of the email. In the body of the email, please state your reason for returning along with what item(s) you would like exchanged.

Store Credit

If you would prefer store credit over an exchange for whatever reason, we are happy to oblige. Please follow the same instructions as above, but clearly state in your email to use that you wish to receive store credit instead of an exchange.
